Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges at NRM Auto Parts.

How do I start a return?

Please contact us to request a return and receive return instructions.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Once your return is approved and a return shipping label is provided, the package must be dropped off with the shipping carrier within 14 calendar days from the date the return label is issued.

Receiving a return label does not extend the return period indefinitely. Returns shipped after the applicable deadline may be denied.

What items are eligible for return?

To be eligible for a return:

The return must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
The item must be in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels intact.
All parts, hardware, accessories, and other components originally included with the item must be returned.
New items must not have been installed, used, or altered.

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection before a refund is approved.

What items are non-returnable or non-refundable?

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Gift cards
Discounted items marked Final Sale
New parts that have been installed or used
Items that have been modified, altered, damaged, or are missing components
Differential assemblies, parts, and components, except as specifically covered under the applicable warranty

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please keep the item, original packaging, and shipping materials. We may request photos or additional information to help us review the issue.

Can I exchange an item?

Eligible items may be exchanged for another available variant or compatible item.

The original item must be returned and inspected before an exchange is completed. Once the exchange is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

Any price difference or additional shipping charges may apply.

What refund options are available?

Approved refunds may be issued as:

A refund to the original payment method
Store credit, when applicable

Original shipping charges and other non-refundable charges, if applicable, are not included unless otherwise approved by NRM Auto Parts.

How do I ship my return?

Please follow the return instructions provided by NRM Auto Parts after your return request has been approved.

If a return shipping label is provided, the package must be dropped off with the carrier within 14 calendar days of the date the label is issued.

We recommend keeping your carrier drop-off receipt and tracking information until your return has been fully processed.

How soon will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, the item will be inspected.

If the return is approved, your refund will generally be processed within 3–8 business days after approval.

After we issue the refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

What happens if I return an item after the deadline?

Returns shipped outside the applicable return period may be denied.

If an unauthorized or late return is received, NRM Auto Parts may require the customer to pay the shipping costs to have the merchandise returned to them.
