1. We are able to decode exactly which axle you have with the VIN. There are some cases that we do ask for extra measurements or pictures but that is for a few instances.
2. We prefer quality, over quantity. If a differential does not pass our quality inspection, we correct the issue or we build another axle. We only use OEM or equivalent to OEM on our axles.
3. We don't rebuild axles, we remanufacture. All our axle assemblies are remanufactured. A reman is a properly rebuilt automotive part. The axle has been completely disassembled, cleaned, and examined for wear and breakage. Worn out, missing or non-functioning components have been replaced with new or rebuilt components. It is the functional equivalent of a new part and is virtually indistinguishable from a new part. All our reman units come with new bearings and seals, everything else is a case-by-case scenario. We ensure the differential meets manufacturer specs.
